Heart-Led Changemaker
Not-For-Proft Mentor Scholarship

Transforming All Aspects of Business For The Greater Good Of All.

The Heart-Led Changemaker Not-For-Proft Mentor Scholarship was created to leave a legacy by transforming leadership models and creating a revolution to help businesses integrate and activate their highest possible potential and foster a creative fire in their workforce that will serve generations to come.

Our Why

We know that humanity has created many problems, from suffering to global crises and victim behaviour. Most businesses are focused on what is and what they can do to work around these crises, only to be met with a crippling ability to facilitate and affect change and the age-old battleground of trying to keep a happy and content culture within the workplace.

Waiting on the government, the genocide, the victimhood and the greed to resolve and heal on its own won’t change things.  We all have our part to play.

The future of business, the new paradigm, is one we are co-creating. It asks that we accept responsibility for acting and aligning our decisions and expression for the highest good. It asks us to accept and take responsibility for creating and birthing a new way with our leadership styles.

About the program

This mentor program aims to support heart-led leaders in the not-for-profit space, including emerging leaders—those who are rising stars in their organisation—with their leadership, help them with strategic guidance, and improve their culture and engagement within their organisation.

The aims of the program are to:

  • Grow the highest-calibre leaders by supporting them in their learning and growth and providing an opportunity to give back.

  • In 2024, there will be 1 x 12-month scholarship placement available.

  • Each scholarship includes one monthly bespoke mentoring session.
