Here’s what organisations like yours often ask:

  • Workshops can run between 60 - 180 mins.

    The workshops welcome up to 100 participants. However, some topics are more sensitive than others. In those circumstances, the focus is to help your organisation build a safe, inclusive culture. Therefore, the cap is 40 participants to cultivate a safe space for reflection and, most importantly, engagement.

  • All the workshops can be facilitated in person or online. The main difference between online learning and in-person workshops is the duration of each session. Our in-person workshops can last up to 3 hours (depending on your requirements) compared to our 60-minute virtual sessions.

    In-person workshops are a great way to cultivate a community space through engaging activities, group breakout sessions, longer Q+A sessions, and more.

  • Each workshop is accompanied by a workbook that includes a summary, learning points, and practical strategies for on-the-go learning, reflection and application.

  • Yes. Absolutely.

    We can discuss your organisational needs through a consultation call and develop a learning plan to meet your goals.

  • Yes. We can work together to determine which workshop option is best suited to help your organisation or whether a customised workshop is better.

    There is also an option for facilitated focus groups to gather feedback from your teams to help design a learning and development curriculum that suits your organisation's needs.

  • Completing an energy audit is essential for understanding what programs and strategies are best suited for your business. Once we understand where the areas of opportunity are, we can create a roadmap for success.
