Workshops can run between 60 - 180 mins.
The workshops welcome up to 100 participants. However, some topics are more sensitive than others. In those circumstances, the focus is to help your organisation build a safe, inclusive culture. Therefore, the cap is 40 participants to cultivate a safe space for reflection and, most importantly, engagement.

All the workshops can be facilitated in person or online. The main difference between online learning and in-person workshops is the duration of each session. Our in-person workshops can last up to 3 hours (depending on your requirements) compared to our 60-minute virtual sessions.
In-person workshops are a great way to cultivate a community space through engaging activities, group breakout sessions, longer Q+A sessions, and more.
