For You
The first step isn't changing who you are. It's recognising what you've mistaken for who you are.
One private session. 90 minutes. The beginning of seeing differently.
What this is
A single private session designed to identify what is shaping the moment you're in right now.
Not a consultation, not a coaching session, not a sales call dressed up as help. Just a real piece of work.
You bring what's sitting with you, a decision, a situation, a feeling you can't name, an adaptation you keep returning to. Whatever is taking up the most space privately right now.
I identify the hidden adaptation shaping the moment you're in.
Sometimes it's the adaptation that keeps someone carrying everything alone. Sometimes it's the one that turns every difficult conversation into over-preparation, or the need to prove something, stay in control, or avoid disappointing someone.
Once it's recognised, it begins to lose its grip.
By the end of ninety minutes, something's shifted that no amount of thinking alone was ever going to move.
Twenty years of watching this, and here's the thing worth saying plainly. It's not that I don't get caught in my own version of this too. I do. That's how I learned to see it in anyone else in the first place.
I help you recognise what you couldn't yet see.
While you're describing the situation, I'm paying attention to something different, not just what's happening, but what's shaping it.
Where the block is, emotionally, structurally, in the body, and where the opportunity is.
Most people arrive believing the challenge is the decision, the relationship or the circumstance. Often those are only the visible expressions of something deeper.
Together we identify the adaptation that's shaping how you're experiencing the situation.
Once it's recognised, clarity emerges naturally.
What you bring
Anything that is sitting with you.
A decision that keeps circling.
A situation you can't get a clean read on. A dynamic in your family, your team or your business that isn't resolving.
A pattern you keep running into and can't seem to break.
A feeling of pressure or flatness you can't locate the source of.
Something you've been carrying privately that you haven't been able to say out loud to anyone in your circle.
You don't need to have the right words. Curiosity is enough.
What changes
People often describe leaving with greater clarity. But clarity isn't actually the outcome. Recognition is. Clarity follows.
The lie usually sounds like "I don't have time for this right now." The truth is smaller and a little uncomfortable, it's not time you're short on, it's that naming this out loud feels riskier than just continuing to carry it quietly. What's actually wanted, underneath the busyness, is permission to stop pretending you've got this fully handled.

For some people that feels emotional, for others it's physical, and for a lot of people it's simply quiet. A level of internal noise they hadn't realised they were carrying disappears.
That's recalibration.
If nothing changes here, nothing changes on its own. The thing you're carrying today is still exactly what you're carrying at this time next year, just heavier, because it's had another year to compound.
What this is not
This isn't coaching, consulting, or a sales call. It's a focused piece of work designed to make visible what's been
shaping the situation you're facing.
It's also not a method you'll walk away needing to practise. If something's needed afterward, it's closer to aftercare than training, something specific to do once, not a system to maintain. Usually it's quick. It's never something you'll be doing forever.
This session is for you if you...
Keep returning to the same question without finding clarity.
Sense the issue in front of you isn't the whole issue.
Need a trusted space to think without performance or expectation.
Are ready to see what you haven't yet been able to see alone.
Where this leads
Some people book this session for a specific moment and that's enough. The clarity lands, the decision moves, and the pressure clears.
Others find that what surfaces in the session points to something deeper, an adaptation that has been running longer than they realised. For those people, it can be the beginning of more work together, and I'll tell you honestly whether that makes sense.
Either way, there is no obligation beyond the session itself.
You leave knowing whether deeper work is right for you. And so do I.
You don't leave as someone new.
You leave having recognised something that was always there.

The details
Private. Online via video call.
For ninety minutes, you borrow my lens.
You don’t have to work hard in these sessions. It’s a place to release the load. I’m here to help you see something that has remained unseen, sometimes for years.
The investment is set after we've spoken, and I'll tell you before anything is booked.
Every session starts with a short conversation, 15 minutes and free, so you can tell me what's going on and we can see whether this is right for you.
What People Are Saying
“I wanted to say how much I appreciate you. What you gave me today is something so special I will never forget. It is rare to be heard seen and held, with such strength, power, patience and love by another human being. Especially in my experience. Not just today but everytime we have worked, or shall I say played together. It felt deeper today. Received the call i was waiting for and they booked me. Mind blowing. Thank you 🙏”
— Cindy-Anne“Before seeing Maryanne, I felt lost within myself and my sense of purpose. I felt emotionally blocked. Since working with Maryanne, I feel much lighter, clearer and more connected to myself. I have grown to navigate difficult emotions better and recognise my adaptations much quicker, rather than letting my emotions take over. During our sessions, Maryanne always seems to know exactly what I need to work through or let go. She has a special way of making me feel seen and heard.”
